Trakkit Update. More Capacity, Faster Builds, and 10+ Companies Running a Trakkit Industrial Vending Machine onsite.
We’ve had a strong run of installs and upgrades, so here’s a straight update on where we’re at and what’s new.
Trakkit is now live across 10+ companies (and counting), delivering on the core things we promise: availability, accountability and usability for critical parts, consumables and returnable tools.
If you needed proof that the Trakkit solution is a goer, here are the facts:
- Growth has been word-of-mouth. New opportunities have come through referrals and on-site results.
- Repeat demand from existing customers. The same customers are requesting additional machines across various sites in their operations.
- Capacity is scaling to match demand. Our new Sunshine Coast facility is set up to build faster and support more parallel installs.
What’s new
- Sunshine Coast production hub. Nothing like a new production warehouse to confirm your solution is a goer. We’ve established a Manufacturing & Sales Office to increase build capacity and speed up turnarounds from order to on-site. Unit 5, 66–74 Fred Chaplin Circuit, Corbould Park, QLD 4551 Open Mon–Friday by appointment only
- Climate-controlled containers. Some of our newer machines are fully insulated, ventilated and air-conditioned, with temperature recording for sensitive items.
- Returnable tools, fully tracked. Simple sign-out/sign-in via the machine, with complete user traceability.
- Remote diagnostics. A machine-health dashboard for status, alerts and maintenance—especially valuable on remote sites.
- Configured to fit your team’s type of work. From consumables, spare parts and tools – 2.5 g washers to 70 kg components, with tailored layouts.
- Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Optional, turnkey supply, stocking and management.
The benefits we’ve brought to our mining and industrial supplies businesses
- Less downtime. Parts and tools on hand, 24/7.
- Fewer stock surprises. Data-driven visibility and intelligent replenishment reduce out-of-stocks.
- Real accountability. Every dispense—and every tool return—is logged to a user.
From the customer floor (in their words)
- “We would not have a Trakkit machine now.” — Shaun Serotzki, Triple Torque.
- “With the data and hardware Trakkit uses it was a no-brainer.” — Michael Hodge, MacKellar Mining.
- “Everything is accounted for and rarely out of stock.” — Andrew Collie, GET Engineering.
We remain solutions-driven. Our original core offering plus some pretty cool advancements – with more in the pipeline
- Critical spare parts, on‑site and on‑demand, 24/7 — no more waiting for deliveries or wasting time on stock runs.
- Zero shortage, zero theft, full traceability — every item is logged, every transaction accounted for, even returnable tools are tracked through sign-out/sign-in cycles.
- Real-time data intelligence — every dispense, every return, every alert goes into the cloud. From dashboards to automated reorder triggers, your inventory data is live, accurate and actionable.
- Customisable, site‑ready, rugged build — containerised, dust‑proof, weather‑resistant, and now fully insulated, ventilated and air‑conditioned for sensitive parts. Remote‑site ready.
- Maintenance‑ready with remote diagnostics — built-in machine‑health dashboards let you monitor status, trigger service, and minimise downtime — even when your site is thousands of kilometres away.
- Flexible deployment. Companies can choose to buy, rent or opt for VMI — with our vendor‑managed inventory program, you can start with a fully stocked Trakkit unit ready to go — and let us handle restocking, reordering and maintenance.
